Dear Parent or Guardian,

We would like to inform you that, for safety precautions, children are not allowed to exit our premises during lessons or breaks. If you wish them to leave our premises temporarily to get a snack at one of the shops in the area, most likely crossing central roads, then you have to fill in the following permission slip. We would also ask you, once you do so, to hand the consent slip to the secretary’s office of our building. A special card will be given to you which the student must have with him/her to show when exiting the premises. The consent slip has to be submitted to us by either a parent or guardian in person.
